Namaste! We feel so privileged to serve the Lama family and the New Creation Home. The Lord has opened many doors for us this year and given us several opportunities to share how we are coming alongside the Lama family. In a short time this year, 3 children have been sponsored and through jewelry sales, we have raised around $500 to help them purchase a van. In 2009, through the ministry of the Lama family, 93 people were baptized and medical needs and clean water were provided in the slums. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus to them as the Lord meets their needs through you.
We are excited to go and serve again this summer. We will be taking a team with us. We are honored that God has placed it on their hearts to serve in Nepal! One of the team members is a child sponsor and will get to meet the child that she has brought hope to! We will be working in the slums, prayer walking and going to the village orphanage in Dhading. We are also going to try to reconnect with the Home of Hope that rescues women from the sex trade where Karen was able to work during her trip in 2004.
How Can You Get Involved?
- Prayer
Prayer is a vital and essential part of the believer’s life and ministry. We ask that you would continue to lift up the Lama family, the children in the NCH, and the lost people in Nepal. As we prepare to go and serve this summer we ask that you would pray for smooth preparations as we obtain visas and prepare the team. Nepal is an extremely dark place spiritually; please pray that the Holy Spirit would begin preparing the hearts of the people we will share the gospel with.

The Lord has faithfully provided for all our needs this year. We are so thankful for your generosity. We ask that you would continue to pray about your part in ministering to the Lama family and helping us share the gospel in Nepal.
